Aaron Kuhl is a native Phoenician with strong community ties and a positive track record with both institutional leasing assignments and syndicated value add redevelopments.
Early in his career, mentors from DMB and Marriott were instrumental in transferring industry knowledge and sharing the intangibles of doing business in Phoenix.
Specializing in medical real estate was an organic progression of Kuhl’s career. In 2006, Aaron saw an under representation of Tenants and had a passion for helping health care providers (as many clients were initially family and friends). Medical Office Brokers quickly became endorsed by the various medical and dental societies as their preferred vendor. Since then, MOB has worked with literally every major medical broker, developer and landlord in the Phoenix market.
MOB has grown into a tight knit team that values its relationships and leads positive outcomes for its clients.
When not attending soccer games or carpool duty, most free weekends are spent visiting college kids in Los Angeles, Tucson and Santa Barbara. Since COVID, exploring southern Baja near Cabo has been top choice for school breaks.
Michael Morton is a Principal for Medical Office Brokers, where he focuses on serving the healthcare industry. Michael’s expertise covers all aspects of healthcare real estate with an emphasis on third party listings.
In 2004, Morton began his real estate career in Arizona. 2009 represented a unique opportunity to switch gears and team up with Aaron at Medical Office Brokers. An opportunity that positively changed the course of his life. Michael has built his real estate career on valuing relationships above all.
Michael and his wife Sally have seven kids and one granddaughter. They are passionate about foster care for children in need. Michael sits on the board of directors for Hushabye Nursery.
Tavan Rasor joined Medical Office Brokers in 2020, bringing fresh perspectives and energy to an already dynamic team. A third generation Phoenician, Rasor has deep rooted knowledge of the Phoenix area and is passionate about helping his clients navigate changing market conditions. Tavan specializes in leasing and tenant representation.
While not working, Tavan enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family. He’s been lucky enough to visit seventeen countries on three continents and is always planning his next adventure.
