Xander Giffin
Xander is a sixth-generation Arizona native and a real estate professional with over six years of industry experience, having entered the field at just 19 years old. His background includes managing a large, multi-tenant private equity real estate portfolio, with experience overseeing more than one million square feet of industrial real estate across the Phoenix market.
Drawn to real estate by an appreciation for architecture and design, Xander has built his career through hands-on experience and relationships. He is now expanding into medical real estate, where he values the rhythm of healthcare and the opportunity to help providers create spaces that meet their own unique needs.
Xander and his wife, Jacqueline, have two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, taking trips to the beach, and movie nights out.
